Narrative:
This was the name of the woman visionary who founded the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham, in Norfolk in the United Kingdom. Richeldis, whose full name was Richeldis de Faverches, lived in the 11th century and saw the visions of Mary, the mother of Jesus in 1067. Richeldis was the lady of the manor in Walsingham and built the Shrine, a replica of the home of the Holy Family at Nazareth, to the specifications that she received in her visions. The original shrine was destroyed in the Reformation but was revived in the 19th Century.
